SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time prior to shipping your order.

If you have received an email notification with your tracking number but USPS has yet to scan it in, this means I am still preparing your order. The shipping platform I use will automatically email you when the shipping label has been created however I print labels in batches to assist in my production schedule.  All orders are carefully handmade and packaged to ensure the quality and safety of your items. Please give me time to do so before tracking is available, which is usually about 1- 4 days after you receive your tracking notification (sometimes a bit longer during peak seasons or special promotions). The good news is that it will be worth the wait & you're supporting a small business! High five! Your patience is greatly appreciated!

As a "slow-made" company this means I'm spending significantly more time on the manufacturing process than that of large corporations who mass produce products by way of machines in large warehouses. The Parlor Company is a small, single employee operated business. Hi that's me!.  Most of my products are Made-to-order, meaning I do not have stocked shelves to fulfill orders right away and I must make them after purchase. While I understand that customers have learned to expect quick turnaround times, this is just not possible being that this is a small artisan business. You are welcome to send me a message for an order update. Please know that it may take a couple days for me to reply as I do not respond to emails on weekends and holidays. I am also often busy working diligently to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible and for this reason my response to emails may be delayed- thank you for understanding!


LOST PACKAGES


In the case of a lost package, I am happy to replace your order! This is includes parcels which provide insufficient tracking information or show no proof of delivery. In many cases, once the package is marked "as delivered " by the post office, I will not replace an order. If you would like to add insurance to your order please make arrangements with us prior to checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete mailing address is used during checkout and the package is delivered to the wrong address I cannot replace an order. If it is returned to us, shipping fees must be paid again in order for me to reship.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact me and I will be sure to fix or replace your item. 

 

RETURNS

Returned merchandise cannot be restocked and resold once it leaves our business. Yes, even if you did not use it.

Samples are offered for sale so that you may make an informed buying decision so it is always encouraged to try before you buy a full-size fragrance.

Since I am only human, mistakes do happen and for that I apologize! Once a package leaves the workshop it is up to USPS to ensure that they deliver your order in good condition but we all know that doesn't always happen. Fear not, my darlings! I will always make sure that you are taken care of.

  • For damaged orders, please contact me with your order number. I may request a photo of the item(s) you received and I will be happy to replace anything that may have arrived in poor shape. No problem!
  • For missing or incorrect items, please contact me with your order number. There isn't much of a way for me to know whether an item was actually missing but I trust that you'll be honest about it. In the case that you received an incorrect item I may request a photo of the item(s) you did receive. I am always happy to send the correct items as soon as possible and will never ask that they be returned. The products are yours to keep, gift or dispose of!
