Returned merchandise cannot be restocked and resold once it leaves our business. Yes, even if you did not use it.

Samples are offered for sale so that you may make an informed buying decision so it is always encouraged to try before you buy a full-size fragrance.

Since I am only human, mistakes do happen and for that I apologize! Once a package leaves the workshop it is up to USPS to ensure that they deliver your order in good condition but we all know that doesn't always happen. Fear not, my darlings! I will always make sure that you are taken care of.

For damaged orders, please contact me with your order number. I may request a photo of the item(s) you received and I will be happy to replace anything that may have arrived in poor shape. No problem!

For missing or incorrect items, please contact me with your order number. There no way for me to know whether an item was actually missing from your order but I trust that you'll be honest about it. In the case that you received an incorrect item I may request a photo of the item(s) you did receive. I am always happy to send the correct items as soon as possible and will never ask that they be returned. The products are yours to keep, gift or dispose of!
